Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. By signing in and using the service you confirm that you accept them in full.
By accessing or using this platform you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the service. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as they may be amended from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
This platform is a trade-copying utility that replicates option orders from a designated master brokerage account to one or more child brokerage accounts that you control. It is an execution and automation tool only, and it does not provide, and must not be construed as providing, investment advice, recommendations, or discretionary portfolio management. All trading decisions originate from the master account, which is operated by you or by a person you have authorised. The platform simply mirrors those decisions to the linked accounts according to the multipliers and settings you configure.
Trading in equities, derivatives, and options carries substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. The value of financial instruments can rise or fall rapidly, and you may lose part or all of your invested capital; with leveraged products your losses can, in some circumstances, exceed your initial outlay. Past performance, including any figures shown in the analytics or history sections of the platform, is not a reliable indicator of future results. You accept full and sole responsibility for every gain and loss arising from trades executed through the platform.
You confirm that you are legally eligible to trade in the markets and instruments you access through the platform. You further confirm that you use the platform only for your own accounts and the accounts of your immediate family for whom you hold the required authority, permissions, or certifications. You must not operate accounts belonging to unrelated third parties, and you must not offer copy trading as a service to the public unless you hold the appropriate regulatory licences to do so. Any use of the platform in breach of these conditions is undertaken entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
All orders are placed through your own brokerage accounts using the credentials and API access that you provide and control. The platform is not a broker, exchange, depository, or clearing member, and it does not hold your funds or securities at any time. Your relationship with each broker is governed by that broker's own terms, and you remain bound by all applicable exchange and depository rules. We are not responsible for any action, rejection, downtime, margin requirement, or policy imposed by your broker or by the exchanges.
Nothing shown on the platform constitutes financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. You should consult a suitably qualified and independent professional before making any investment or tax decision. Any market data, symbols, prices, or metrics presented are provided for convenience only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying all information before you act on it.
The platform relies on internet connectivity, broker APIs, and third-party infrastructure that may experience delays, interruptions, or failures beyond our control. Copied orders are placed on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, partially filled, rejected, or missed entirely due to latency, rate limits, session expiry, or insufficient margin. We do not guarantee that every master trade will be replicated, or that it will be replicated at the same price, size, or time. You should monitor your accounts independently and use the reconciliation tools provided rather than relying solely on automation.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys, and broker sessions confidential and secure. You must reconnect broker sessions when required and ensure that account mappings and multipliers are configured correctly before trading. You accept that any order placed by the platform reflects the configuration you have set, and that reviewing that configuration is your responsibility. Any trade executed as a result of your settings is deemed to be authorised by you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform, its operators, and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes, without limitation, trading losses, missed trades, duplicate orders, data inaccuracies, and downtime. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. If you are dissatisfied with the service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using it.
You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with the rules of the exchanges and regulators governing your trading activity. You are solely responsible for meeting any registration, reporting, disclosure, or tax obligations that apply to you. You must not use the platform for market manipulation, unauthorised third-party trading, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access where we reasonably believe these conditions are being breached.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and any revised version takes effect once it is published on this page. Your continued use of the platform after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a change, you must discontinue use of the platform.
